Samsonium is an open source effort to develop a fully managed object-database-oriented operating system without the use of aging technologies such as file system, split memory space or text-based source code management. The main goal of the development is to tackle the growing complexity if IT systems but also to provide a thoroughly designed and highly scalable software base to future applications.
